Fun NYC getaway!

The house was very clean and had lots of amenities! The game room downstairs was super fun and provided easy activities once the sunset. We didn’t use but there’s a huge back yard also if you wanted to play games outside or have a fire. The owners take a couple days to respond so we recommend messaging prior if you have any questions , concerns or accommodation.

The photos of the exterior of this property are very misleading. The yard does NOT look like the photos. We had to have a maintenance man come the night of our arrival to fix problems:-Dehumidifier in the basement not working (the basement smelled to bad we did not use it at all).-Smoke detector in master bedroom not attached/functioning.-Exterior light flickering (determined it needed to be replaced, did not function for the rest of the stay.-Rear deck and furniture were filthy. I cleaned them myself, it was dark when the maintenance man was there.-Master bath sink faucet was squirting water outside the bowl.To the credit of the property management company, they did promptly send someone to help. A few other notes:The yard was full of weeds and all outdoor living spaces where not cleaned/swept. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were dirty/moldy. The lighting in the living/kitchen/dining room have no dimmers and are extremely bright. We avoided using them. No dishwasher and no dish cloths or scrubby for pots in the home. I had to buy ones of our own. Master bath shower floor was painted and the paint came off and stuck to my feet. No functioning bath fans in either bathroom. Limited hand towels/wash cloths. We did not use the hot tub at all after the other issues. We did not want to risk the cleanliness/operation of it. All window sills when opening windows were filthy/windows were dirty. I spent more time that I wanted to cleaning up before guests came to visit
