SeaRenity 2bdrm Townhome in Fort Walton Beach

You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are an approximate 7-minute drive to Okaloosa Island and a 5-minute drive to the Sound (Bay) side. Shopping & restaurants are close by. Enjoy our newly renovated, spacious 2 bdrm townhome with a Florida screened patio and large backyard. You must be able to climb stairs since bedrooms and master bath is on 2nd floor.

The space
2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath. Both bedrooms have King Puffy Royal in the "master and Queen Puffy Royal mattresses in the second bedroom room. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs including a smart refrigerator with a display, and a smart oven. The couch and loveseat have plenty of room for the family to relax and enjoy a movie on the 75" TV. There is a smart washer/dryer so you don’t have to head home with dirty clothes.

Note that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects amphibians, etc. The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, roaches, mosquitos, nats, etc.

During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Other things to note: Outside is not included in the general cleaning fee and will be charged an additional fee if not cleaned after each use.

As much as we love dogs, we prefer small dogs. There is a $75 fee for under 20 lbs, $100 over 20 lbs. The fee is per pet.

Smoking inside the property is prohibited, outside including the patio is fine as long as you pick up any waste from such activity. You may be charged up to $250 for any smoke damage/scent left inside the property for we will have to treat the property before the next guest arrives.

During Hurricane Season: Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance due we can not predict the weather during your booking.
