We loved this apartment so much. This was my 2nd time staying in this property. The location is absolutely perfect, and although the parking is a little tight, it’s still so wonderful to be able to park for free. The host responded to my inquiries quickly. Will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Manitou!
Great location in Manitou Springs. The apartment was in walking distance to Cog Railway and many restaurants. Apartment was clean and good size for us as we stayed in Manitou Springs for a couple of days.
We really enjoyed our stay great location, we parked & walked most everywhere in town! Manitou Springs has lots of great shopping, restaurants & wine!!
Super Host!!
We chose this spot because of its location and it couldn’t have been better. The unit was just as described, but it is small. My only complaints about the unit itself was that the fold out bed was not comfortable at all. May be better to only have three people in this unit instead of trying to do four. Additionally, the sun pours in to all of the windows at an extremely early hour, and it is blinding. Fortunately for us, we are early risers anyway but just something to note in case you aren’t.As far as the location, it is perfect for walkability around Manitou but when you stay at a location like this, there are some things to note. Trash trucks move up and down the alley very early so even if the bright light coming through the windows weren’t waking you up, the noise from the trash trucks would. This is to be expected in a public business district. Additionally, the building is small and historic, so the alley you have to access to get to the unit is very steep and the parking is very cramped. We were able to navigate it without issue, but it is something to note if you have mobility concerns.
