Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. Great location

Property location is great. Love the large pool and short distance to the beach. The condo was well equipped and had a large supply of towels. We had two condos and enjoyed both.

Nicely updated kitchen and furnishings

The kitchen is beautiful and the furnishings are very nice! Disappointed that the description told us we would have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily, but that was not the case. Instead we had to pay for them. Also, the large whirlpool bathtub had a significant amount of mold around the jets.

We understand your disappointment regarding the change in beach service, and we want to share that this was a decision made by the HOA board to remove it from the inclusive pricing. While we don’t have control over resort-specific amenities like this, we do recognize how it can impact expectations. We truly hope it didn’t put too much of a damper on your stay and that you were still able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the beach and balcony. The checkin process was poor. We never received the code to the condo building front door and had to wait for someone to come out. We never received the punch code to the fitness center. And annoyingly the WiFi info in the condo info sheet is incorrect, and after wasting a half hour trying to get it to work we finally got the correct network and pw after calling. So all in all great condo except for the poor checkin process.
