Fantastic family-friendly beachfront rental! The views were incredible, the location couldn’t be better, and the home had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Easy beach access made traveling with kids so enjoyable, and the property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

I would definitely rent this condo again. We love the Palacio and this unit had it all. Very well stocked. Inside, furniture, TV, etc really nice but we just unplugged and spent our time at the beach or on the balcony. Dianne was great also.

They have got to get the other elevator fixed, and the front door doesn’t open. I was told by someone that they were there in May and the front door was broke. So it wasn’t caused by the most recent hurricane, which is what they told me and having only one elevator that barely works is not very good.

Condo was clean and provided many extras such as beach chairs and beach towels. Condo building is older and elevators were not working well so we had to climb stairs with a member of our party who has to use a walker. Pool was ice but hot tub was not working.

A we stayed 5 nights and could not have been more pleased . Definitely will return to this destination again. The location of the condominium was excellent pool and beach area was beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect place!

This condo was perfect for our stay! We had a family wedding and it was comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, beach toys, beach towels, and even a few ice chests. We definitely want to return!

Great trip!

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the condo very much! It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra towels and beach chairs. The complimentary beach chair set up was such a plus!

Although we scheduled our visit to coincide with the Blue Angels Air Show, which was ultimately cancelled due to the Government shutdown we were not disappointed. The condo was a very relaxing experience. The condo was well supplied with everything needed. Contact with the owner was easy and very responsive. We were there in early November. The beach, restaurants, stores, and roads were never crowded.
