Great 4 day last minute holiday

Overall, the unit we stayed in was beautiful and exactly as promised Miami Beach and the area are always exciting and never disappoint. The W hotel has everything you can ask but on the pricey side. My only criticism would be that the staff could be just a tad bit friendlier, we always felt like outsiders every time we walked in and out of the hotel. We were paying quite a bit of money for the unit and you would expect to be greeted and or smiled at least once while on the property.
