Great property for the rate. Close to downtown and the NAU campus. Convenient restaurants within blocks of walking. Close to the Highschool (turf field great for kids), dog park and frisbee golf course.

Great location

The bungalow is very cozy and had what we needed for a long weekend stay. We really enjoyed being just a short walk from downtown's restaurants and shops.

First off these are good people. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to a thing. Know that Blueberry Cottage is very convenient to anything you might need.It is very small but very cute.The floor trim could use a bit scrubbing and well as the door but I know it’s probably difficult to keep up when dogs get to come on vayca.The trade off is a moot point. The tub is soiled from much use however the tiling is cute and the shower part is amazingly powerful. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen while small has the things you would need. The dog area (patio) was very serviceable. It’s also quiet despite being next to a school. Thank you for your kindness,Richard, it was much appreciated.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things. We are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing new air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Downtown Flagstaff is a special place. We like eclectic pre-war neighborhoods with restaurants, shopping, parks and trails within walking distance. This neighborhood meets the criteria and then some.
