Downtown Pre-war two-bedroom, two-bath bungalow remodeled in 2023 on the western edge of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. One-half mile to the grocery store (10-minute walk), NAU 3/4 mile (15-minute walk) to NAU and Flagstaff Medical Center.
Shaker cabinets, theme appliances. TVs in living room & both bedrooms with a speedy streaming WiFi connection. Fully fenced yard with charcoal BBQ, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit.
This 2023 remodeled single-level home features two bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps). The bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access, and the living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The speedy WiFi service is 1 gig.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, and one-piece toilet. We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The kitchen features a stainless steel undermount sink, a Robin Egg Blue refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a range. There is room for one car in the driveway and street parking.
We LOVE dogs - they stay for free! I’m sorry, we do not permit cats due to allergies.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things. We are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing new air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!

Downtown Flagstaff is a special place. We like eclectic pre-war neighborhoods with restaurants, shopping, parks and trails within walking distance. This neighborhood meets the criteria and then some.
