Welcome to Webster Lake!
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with all the added pullout sofas and offers the amenities of being at home while you stay for a relaxing and enjoyable 'home-away-from-home' vacation.

The home was renovated in 2017; with only light use since completion.

The full kitchen has all utilities you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay.
Living areas are large for lounging and gathering.

Bedroom #1 features a king sized bed, large bathroom with a spa shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The custom black-out blinds can be closed for a long nights rest or leave them open for a stunning sunrise view.

The oversized docks boast beautiful views!
Take advantage of the private docks to swim, fish, or park your boat(s). The docks offer easy access to the lake, so you can spend your days out on the water or simply relax and soak up the sun. The large yard is perfect for playing yard games, gathering around the fire pit, grilling out, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
(Please note, garage access will not be available from November 1st - May 1st.)

In addition, the property is conveniently located just a short drive from town, where you'll find a variety of shops, grocery, and restaurants to explore. Fresh linens and towels are provided during your stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
AC returned to 76*.
We ask that food not be in the bedrooms.
No tampering with the owners watercrafts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
GARAGE ACCESS NOT PERMITED FROM NOVEMBER 1ST - MAY 1ST.
ALL LOCKED AREAS ARE FOR OWNER USE ONLY.
STRIP ALL THE BED LINENS BEFORE LEAVING AND MAKE 1 LARGE PILE NEAR THE LAUNDRY HALLWAY. LOAD ALL DISHWASHER SAFE ITEMS AND START BEFORE LEAVING.

New Years at the Lake

my family has been celebrating New Years at a Lake setting for many years and have just spent time at this property. 1st- the Home is beautifully decorated and furnished. The Kitchen had all newer appliances, marble counters, lots of space- we had everything we needed for hors d'oeuvres on Saturday and Steaks on the grill for Sunday. Lots of games and dvd's available for the kiddos. Seating and bedding was awesome- plenty of room. Large Decks ( we didnt use in winter) but we did walk down to the seawall and jump in the lake for our Annual New Years Day Polar Plunge!! The hosts are very communicable and super nice. This house would make for a great trip anytime of the year. Top 5 Vrbo or other rental house we have rented in the past 10 yrs !!

Beautidul, peaceful, quiet find!

The house is beautiful and well equipt for any length of stay. We loved all of the windows overlooking the water, the decks, patio umbrellas and patio down by the water and fire pit. Our boys loved the extra large pier, the kayaks, and the quiet setting just off the large lake. It was easy to access with our boats. The kitchen had all we needed, the beds, chairs and sofas were all extremely comfortable. The house did not have wifi, so just be prepared with a moble hotspot. It was ok for us, but I would have been a bit more stressed about it if I had been working. I also wish we would have brought our Roku stick for a few more tv options. The only other wish I would have liked would have been a sandy bottom area and steps going into the water off the seawall. (May have had steps, but they were not set up- we were not sure if we could set it out or not, so just left it.) It was a wonderful week, host was great about answering any questions we had. All in all, excellent stay! My family has requested we visit again next year!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location on the lake was great and we were able to rent a boat locally and tie it on the pier. I would gladly stay here again in the future!
