Cottage stay

Location is good. HOA maintenance on the grounds and pool areas is good. Condo needs a fair amount of small work to bring it up to standard. Plastic grass on the patio and the plastic leaves on the railing where an eyesore. No laundry facilities in the unit, just pay machines in a separate laundry room.

Thank you Keith for the comments we are in the process of remodeling and adding a washer and dryer in the summer month to the cottage.
