The host was amazing and getting in was super easy… the apartment is clean and quiet and in an area very close to Indiana Wesleyan’s campus! Will definitely stay here again when at IWU!

Second stay here. Peaceful and quiet away from it all but still close enough to get somewhere fast. Very chic decorum. Comfortable bed. Great place for 1 or 2 people. Cost effective.

The space and amenities were as described. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the temperature of the AC was set very low. It stated in the description that the temperature controls between their two apartments (and possibly a third space, I'm not sure) were shared and guests would not have access to adjust the temperature. They might need a better way to keep the temp consistent between the spaces, it was very cold for us. That being said the bedding provided was very warm and comfortable, so we did not have any trouble sleeping.

Peaceful countryside

The little apartment was in a very peaceful area that felt like you were in the country, although still very close to downtown Marion. It had all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the sitting area with the TV. I could see myself spending time on the porch, relaxing with coffee and a book. Also, communication with the property manager was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and there were plenty of blankets. There was a Roku smart TV which enabled me to sign into my Fubo account to watch programs. She had plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was cooler than what we are used to but that was stated in the description. They need to fix the pot holes on the little road both paved and gravel. The place could use a liquid measuring cup. Dish, shower and hand soap was provided which was nice.

While the surrounding land is peaceful and quiet, the walls between apartment 1 and 2 are extremely thin. Coughing and talking were heard during 1 of our 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows need an upgrade (please supply 2 thinner pillows). The decor is delightful - the wi-fi for television viewing was unreliable. Well water on the property. Appreciated the water bottles provided for drinking.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is very quiet and was great for visiting my family in the area. My only complaint is that I would like to see a lock on the door from the inside of the room in addition to the lock on the knob. Other than that it met all my needs and I would plan to return.
