1. Downtown Palm Springs has so many shops, restaurants, and activities. It's 1 mile away or around 3 minutes by car. It's a great walk, all flat land to get there.

2. Palm Springs Art Museum: is also only 1 mile away, or 3 minutes by car.

3. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: Approximately a 15 minute drive, accounting for traffic. The Tram is at the end of the valley, still in Palm Springs, but on the side of the windmills where there's not as many properties.

4. Indian Canyons: Depending on which part of Indian Canyons you're visiting, it might take around 10-15 minutes by car. Indian Canyons is also kind of out there, but it is beautiful! The mountains are exquisite and the waterfalls are impeccable.

5. Embark on adventurous hikes in the nearby Indian Canyons or right outside your front door are great walking paths too.
