Located in one of the best areas in Santa Teresa, only 5 min walk to Playa Santa Teresa, close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
The space
Villa with capacity for 4 to 5 people consisting of 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms. A living room with two armchairs and TV, dining room (table for 6 people), fully equipped integrated kitchen. And an outdoor area with private pool, outdoor living room and sun beds. Wifi 200mg throughout the house

The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, private bathroom and private balcony

The second room features a queen bed, plus a trundle bed, which is taken from below, private bathroom and private balcony.

There is a cleaning service daily. And you can ask for extra laundry service
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, all bedrooms, pool and parking area. The laundry, where the washing machines are located, is the only area without access for guests.
Other things to note
It has the option for large groups of up to 13 people to rent
"Casa Luna" (sleeps up to 8 people) located on the same property within the "Luna Villas" complex

There is a construction on the property next door in its final stage. It can be noisy at times during the day. It is stipulated that it ends at the end of December
