75m2 house with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a 2 single bed ,and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room room,good for up to 5 people. 1 big bathrooms with hot water ,3 air conditioned, living area with TV LCD screen ,DVD player,TV cable, Wi-Fi , Fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine.
Private swimming pool, terrace and private garden, private parking with gate.
Pool and gardening service (Twice a week)
Daily cleaning (Except Sunday) .

Location, location, location

The best part about this casa is its location. You are a few steps to the road, walk across the road and down through a path that takes you through Banana Beach Bar and you walk onto the beach. About 3 minutes. There are lounge chairs that you can use to watch the waves, order drinks, food. Great outdoor restaurant. Your place is literally behind the grocery store. They can be noisy at times, but the good thing is you don't run out of anything because you step right next door to buy it. The casa was pretty much as you see in the pictures. It was spacious, comfortable, clean. There is a maid that cleans everyday. There is only a washing machine, so hang dry your clothes. The pool is small, but refreshing for a dip at the end of the day. The parking space is tight, but a covered space with a gate to keep your car safe. The main drawback is the kitchen. There is no oven, only a cooktop. The cooktop does not get hot enough to cook meat. If you like to cook, this place is not for you. The casa is located on Villa Ayola Road. The address listed on VRBO cannot be located on Google Maps. We had difficulty finding the place. Once we arrived, the contact would not give us the code. She told us to look at the message sent. Since we couldn't get cell reception, we couldn't get our message. We called and she still wouldn't tell us the code. She told us to wait until someone could open the gate. Once we were able to get in, our vacation was much better at this VRBO.

Great location & just what we needed

Casa Piscina was a great spot for our family. The kitchen had what we needed, the kids loved the pool for in between beach sessions. The air conditioning worked great for night time sleep. Location is great to access the beach, some restaurants within walking distance, and then centrally located to drive to either side of Santa Teresa. Vicky was super helpful with answering any and all questions on WhatsApp. Thanks so much casa piscina.

Fabulous place with private pool in great location!

Wow! What a wonderful landing pad in Santa Teresa - pool and house we’re perfect, kitchen well stocked, pool quite private except when house and pool cleaners came daily - they are also lovely. Very close to beach for sunset, central location for restaurants. Great air con. Warm shower. Loved it!

Wonderful Location

The house is located within walking distance of everything we needed. A short walk across the street to one of the best surf spots in town! The owner, Vanessa, was very accommodating and friendly. She always makes herself available if needed. Fortunately we did not need her but it was always nice of her to stop by and see if there was anything we needed as she lives locally. We would definitely like to stay at this beautiful house again!

La maison est elle que vu sur les photos. En bonne ordre et propre.

Elle est bien situer. Pas sur la principale donc elle n'est pas dans la poussière et la boue de cette rue passante. La maison en soi est bien équipe pour les besoins général d'une famille de 4. La petite piscine fut bien apprécier. Pour la sécurité, c'est très bien, car la maison est encloisonné entre des murs avec une porte de garage pour l'auto. Une femme de ménage passe aussi à notre guise. L'accès à la beach est facile par le resort de l'autre côté de la rue. Un accès à leur grande piscine est aussi permise.
