This house is located 200m from the beach first house of 4 other houses and 200 steps from the beach and the best surfing spots, in Santa Teresa.
75m2 house with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a 2 single bed ,and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room room,good for up to 5 people. 1 big bathrooms with hot water ,3 air conditioned, living area with TV LCD screen ,DVD player,TV cable, Wi-Fi , Fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine.
Private swimming pool, terrace and private garden, private parking with gate.
Pool and gardening service (Twice a week)
We provide cleaning and change of linen and towels only by requesting one day in advance. (Except Sunday) .
