Escape as a couple or family to this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the gorgeous East TN sunsets after exploring area fun. Built in 2023, this 1500 sq. ft. guest house over a detached garage is cozy, comfortable, and pet friendly. Located in a private, gated community, large deck, and community clubhouse with pool, all within walking distance. Plus, a boat slip is available April - Oct. for an additional fee. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
This is a large 1500 sq ft pet friendly, nonsmoking guest house over a 4 car garage (NO interior connection to garage). One king master bedroom with large dressing room/walk-in closet that includes a pullout single sleeper chair. A perfect spot to escape for quiet reading. Two built in beds (one full and one queen) in the common area with privacy curtains. An open floor concept with an extra large full kitchen, dining room and living room. Foosball table and board games for family fun. Remote work station in the common area with capabilities to dock your laptop to a video monitor, key board, and mouse. Also provided is full size air mattress that can be inflated in the common area for extra sleeping space. Full laundry room with extra sink. Large deck with outdoor seating for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Guests have full access to the property except the garage interior.

ATTENTION:
This property overlooks a grassy pathway leading to Douglas Lake. A semi-private community dock for an additional $200.00 per week. The semi-private community boat dock is approximately 0.2miles from Sunset Have. The Timberlake Bay community does not have a boat launch within the neighborhood but different public launches are available within a 10-30 min. drive. Please also be aware that Douglas Lake is a reservoir created by impoundment of the French Broad River. The TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) lowers the water levels during the fall and winter months. While no guarantees can be given on the availability of water levels, historical water levels are available online and experience has shown that the boat slip is available for use mid-April to early October. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AREA ATTRACTION DISTANCES (Approximates):

Very nice property

Enjoyed our stay! Host was extremely available and helpful. Plus included the following: Pool, seclusion, amenities, newness of the property. Negatives (which are not really negative, just surprising) Lake is not like a sandy beach type lake. We thought we might be able to walk up and swim. House is on top of host second garage Breaker box for house is inside locked garage. Host responds quickly to reset following a storm. I would recomend to anyone with a small family!
