An ideal base to explore Seattle. Very stylish and newly built in 2016. The home is super centrally located and is close to Downtown, the Stadiums, Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, 1st hill hospitals, I-5, I-90, and Lake Washington.

This townhouse has 4 floors in total. The first floor has a private home office and a half bath. The home office with a door is equipped with a dry erase board, desk, and a large window to allow you to be productive as possible and gives you space away from the other guests. The second floor has the living room space, which flows into the fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, the in-unit washer dryer is located just off the kitchen. The third floor has two bedrooms (one featuring a queen bed and the other a twin trundle bed). The one full bathroom connects the two bedrooms, thus is shared between the two rooms. The bathroom has two sinks, a bath/shower, and a bidet. The fourth floor has a private rooftop deck with 360 surrounding views of the city. The rooftop features a large umbrella, outdoor furniture, patio lights, and a propane fire table. You will have access to the entire home. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guests.

Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations via text or call.

The Mount Baker Light Rail Station and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station are both located just about a mile from the home. Some adjacent neighborhoods include the International District and the Central District, thus an ideal spot for commuters to downtown and the east side. Don't miss a cute little children's playground called Atlantic Street Park, located just a block from the home.

Link Light Rail: The closets light rail location to the home is the Mount Baker Light Rail Station and the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, both located just about a mile from the home or a 5 min drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown. Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.

Uber & Lyft: The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $10-$20 per ride.

Turo & Car2Go: You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.

Parking: The home does NOT come with a designated parking spot. Street parking is available and is free.
