The house was nice. The owner communicated very fast and was very nice. The area was ok, it is close to Safeway and fast food restaurants.

Rainier Beach rental

The house was spotless but we were only there to sleep so I can’t say what the amenities were like. My only issue is this was suppose to be a 4 bedroom. It is not really. It is a three bedroom with a fold down leather type couch/futon in a room that needs to be made up to be used as a bed. We arrived late so we didn’t really check if there were sheets and blankets for it but I expect a bedroom to have a made up bed not a couch. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed which is fine for kids but extremely uncomfortable for an adult. So out of 4 in our party, one of us had two very uncomfortable nights. There is a nice little cafe around the corner for breakfast and lunch. Communication with hostess was excellent. Besides sleeping arrangements, everything was nice.

Overall a Good Place to Stay

The property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There is seating at the table for 6 people with 2 stool/chairs for the counter. The neighborhood was quiet. Single car driveway. If someone is living in #2, there might be a problem parking in the driveway. Check on it. Road is narrow but you can park on it. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great place

Place was clean, well stocked with extra towels and blankets/sheets, full kitchen w/ all the tools. Host was very attentive and not intrusive like other larger home hosts can tend to be.

The location of the property is close to everywhere. 5 minutes' drive and 20 minutes' walk to light rail station and 12 minutes from downtown Seattle and 13 minutes from SeaTac airport and close to south center mall and also 5 minutes away to the beautiful Seward Park.

The property has a beautiful Catedral wood celling and open kitchen very bright and cozy and nice deck which you can seat and drink your morning coffee and relax and meditate.
