We offer a comfortable, open family home. Our place is suitable for a ‘work stay’ and is located close to Mckean County Courthouse and county offices, Smethport Area School and 2 local nursing homes.
The space
Our house is located on an acre lot, very quiet. We have spacious bedrooms with a lot of closet space.

There is one area off the master bedroom where we store cleaning supplies.

This place is perfect.

We came to the area to go hiking and this place was perfect. Super clean, everything you need is right there for you. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

This was a central spot for our trip to Allegheny National Forest and the Grand Canyon of PA. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the little town of Smethport. The people were very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Warm & welcoming retreat.

Elaine was an attentive & gracious host offering to have snow removed while we were stsying at the house. The house was just what we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Only comment of recommendation: add more pictures of the interior (it really is a great property) & take off the note that there is a hot tub. The only thing close is a garden tub in the master bath.

Nice size home outside of Smethport Pa. Quiet get away. Nice home away from home for quiet stay and access to Kinzua Sky Walk .
