An 1800s 4 story brick row home recently renovated & split into individual private apartments. Tasteful decorations, historic craftsmanship and materials blend seamlessly with the modern amenities.

This is a private apartment on the first floor and basement of the building. The main hallway and roof deck are shared spaces.

We are proud to offer this space to traveling professionals, visiting families, medical staff, those seeking treatment at local hospitals and those looking for a peaceful retreat. This is in no way a place to party.

Lovely historic neighborhood consisting of elegant and renovated 100+ year old brick homes. There are lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants tucked away throughout the neighborhood.
