This beautiful, clean studio is located in Stuart, Florida. It is on a quiet, large private property located next to the main house. The cottage sets back on the property and is surrounded by a fenced yard and has its own private courtyard. Parking is at the front door of the cottage and there are no stairs to climb. Downtown Stuart is a 5 minute ride, the beaches are 10 minutes, and shopping and restaurants are close by and plentiful. The cottage is newly renovated and features a queen size bed, new air conditioning/ heat and rustic black walnut counters. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. There is an airport in Stuart and occasional plane sounds can be heard. The train tracks are about a mile away and some occasional train sounds can also be heard.

I had a lovely stay in this studio. Everything you might need is there! Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious patio with table & chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a BBQ. Comfortable bed! Close to everything. And Melinda the host was easy to reach and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

So charming!

Such a cute cottage that is so charming and even more cleaner! The only thing I regret is that I wasnt able to actually enjoy the space because I was too busy with my art show! I hope to make it back one of these days!

A cozy, comfortable cottage with a patio

This is a very nice studio-style cottage with a wonderful private patio. The sleeping/living area has an open space design that makes it roomy. With the wide glass sliding doors on one side, it receives a lot of light during the day. It's compact kitchen provides coffee, tea etc, and meets our needs for making breakfast and light meals. The host lives next door and very easy to reach. The cottage is quite far from the road so you don't hear any street noise although one can hear the train at a distance. This however doesn't affect our sleep.
