We stayed here for UF homecoming which is always an expensive weekend to be in Gainesville and therefore paid a premium for this location. The location overall is great and very convenient to UF. The pictures are accurate but this is definitely a budget rental. We spent time in the unit every evening - the couch is just as small as it looks in the pics. There are two window style AC units which worked well but were very noisy. There were 3 small towels and 2 washcloths provided... this worked but was bare minimum. And be aware of the metal roof without any insulation. It was a stormy weekend and we heard every drop of rain and constant acorns falling on the roof (sounded like an upstairs neighbor droping coins on the floor). I feel like it was an ok stay for the price but convinced us to pay for a nicer place going forward even on homecoming weekend.
