This location is conveniently located with quick access to a number of attractions. Downtown Minneapolis is a 10 minute drive away, The Mall of America is also a 10-15 minute drive away. There are beautiful parks located nearby as well as delicious food options. The property was as described and had a warm feel to it. We were in town for the Vikings football game and would definitely stay at this location again when going to future games.
A lovely old house, and as such has a few quirks, but we found it very pleasant and conducive to relaxation. The furnishings are well chosen for the house style and very comfortable, including the bed. The neighborhood is peaceful. There is a pretty back yard that we didn't have time to properly enjoy. Maybe next time, as we would definitely opt to stay here again.
Great spot for a summer weekend visiting friends in the neighborhood. Be aware that the one bathroom is upstairs, but not far. The two bedrooms are also upstairs.
The livingroom was comfy with chairs and a couch. We loved the porch for breakfast and evening.
Great layout and location, the place was clean and I loved the decor (I want the mainline Hooker end tables in the living room so bad). Only improvements would be if recycling was available, the TV remote (not the cable box one) available so I can use the smart TV streaming apps (they were slow on Xfinity to load), and ability to use a code on the deadbolt. Not sure if there was one, but please have a light on the front porch.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect—just a short drive to downtown and the Mall of America. Garage parking was a huge plus, providing both convenience and security. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
