Two Homes, Large Deck, Firepit, Central Location

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and that the deck concerns wouldn’t keep you from returning. We truly wish we had known about the rotting boards and loose step during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them right away. We’d love to welcome you back again.

Thank you so much, Nina! We're thrilled to hear our property, The Tides, was a great fit for your family and that you enjoyed the clean, well-equipped space and the bonus of the boat dock. It sounds like you made the most of your lake adventures, and we’d love to host you all again for more memories on the water!

Thank you so much for sharing about your stay! It’s a great help to our future guests. We hope to see you at a LakeDays Rentals property in the future!

Thanks, Jeremy! We’re happy the homes and decks were a hit for your group and appreciate the feedback about the water conditions. Lake life can be unpredictable, but we hope the views and space made it worthwhile. We’d love to host you again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed being by the water and appreciate your kind words about our team's responsiveness throughout your stay. We’re sorry some maintenance concerns impacted your experience and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the guest experience. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future—come back and stay with us anytime!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We hope the refund we provided for the condition of the bunk room helped address that concern. There had been heavy rains and we were treating that area prior to your arrival. When our team was refused access to the area/home and it was left with the door shut throughout your stay it did create a very challenging environment - which has been resolved. We also wish we had known about the additional issues with the air conditioning, coffee makers, and ice makers during your stay so we could have looked into them right away. Anytime a coffee maker is not working we deliver a new one that same day. We appreciate your comments and will use them to help improve the guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you, Heather, for your honest and helpful feedback. We're glad the two homes ultimately met your group’s needs and allowed your family to spend quality time together. We appreciate your notes on the layout, updates, and the summer heat—we know how intense it can be! There is a fairly level path from the bottom of the upper deck stairs of High Tide walking across to the lower deck area of Moon Tide. We’d love to have you back again under cooler skies.

We appreciate your taking the time to share your experience! We hope to see you at a LakeDays Rentals property in the near future!
