Large and elegantly decorated studio with a beautiful terrace of 11 sft, ideally located in the heart of Paris, right next to the Madeleine church, Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, Rue Saint Honoré and the Tuileries garden!

The apartment was tastefully decorated during its renovation in Spring 2021. Noble materials and designer furniture were chosen.
The main room has a very comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven..) and a beautiful dining table. A bathroom with toilet completes the apartment.
Very good Wifi connection (fiber).

Located on the 5th floor of a beautiful art-deco listed building, formerly the Hotel de Paris.
A 24/7 security guard is present at the entrance of the building.
The private apartment is accessible by the 2 elevators of the building.
