Intimate, cozy and modern condo practically located, with a spectacular view of the city. Grocery store, Starbucks café, gas station, restaurants, and bars are steps away. Immediate metro access, you are really at the centre of it all! Building facilities include a modern and well-equipped gym, heated rooftop swimming pool (summer only) and rest area, and saunas and Jacuzzi showers / baths. Unit located adjacent to the NHL's legendary Montreal Canadiens Bell Centre with 24hr security :)

This little gem combines Artsy touches and modern design. It is the best choice to stay and explore Montreal in term of location and amenities. Do you like to cook ? You've got a fully equipped kitchen. Don't feel like cooking ? A short walk away to the finest restaurants in the city. Transportation to any other area of the city is super convenient with a 2 minutes walking subway station, a bus line and a Bixi station at the door ( public bicycle )
