The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time. Be sure I am aware ahead of time, if you plan to arrive later than the Check-in window.
It is likely I am out of town during the time of your stay, I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. My phone number is for emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help in emergencies.
I send you easy step-by-step Check-in details a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.
If you have questions about anything I am happy to help and always make efforts to reply to you as quickly as possible during the day and evening, you can message me anytime. For any overnight messages I will get back to you first thing in the morning.

- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for you and future guests.
-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me after midnight, fast replies are not guaranteed late at night. So for late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.
- In very rare case, if we see any security concerns associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID at check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.
- In case of exceptionally rare emergencies the property manager may need to access to the property to resolve the emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
- As always feel free to ask me about any of these, to help you with your reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First I want you to enjoy your stay, I know rules are not fun, it is my experience most guests are really amazing people! So please enjoy the apartment with comfort and relaxation in mind.

No smoking inside the building, anywhere. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please help keep this place fresh for everyone! Penalty for smoking is to pay $450-900 for deep cleaning services.

Please respect the community. There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment day or night. Observe Quiet Hours. If there are issues from your group, same as parties you will be removed, no refunds.

So after you book, you will receive full access to the unit 1 hour after you made the reservation. Respectfully, no animals are permitted, because it`s a critical health issue for me, I ask no animals on the property at any time. For serious health consequences this is a rule without compromise. Please contact me about this if you need any info.
