Guest Access:

You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Near the ski mountain and town, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!



Getting Around:

Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.



Other Things to Note:

This units entrance is located on the first floor and has a spiral staircase to the second level. No elevator is provided at this community.



The fireplace is disabled for the summer season May - November.



The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.



Please Note: Only one parking pass is available for the unit, which is highly enforced during our peak visiting season.



Located on the free city bus route, there are two bus stations by this complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center and easy evening trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.



Like most mountain homes, this unit is not equipped with AC. We provide fans in the summertime to pool the cool night time mountain breeze inside.
