Quelle déception à l ’arrivée!Ménage non fait! Il y avait eu un problème de logistique et de communication avec l’équipe de l’entretien ménager! Bref il aura fallu perdre deux heures pour que l’équipe fasse l’entretien ménager! Cela dit une fois fait l’endroit est très bien et les propriétaires respectent la clientèle.Bien équipé la cuisine est très fonctionnelle.Le BBQ a déjà eu une meilleure allure car il n’est pas pleinement fonctionnel.

Merci pour votre séjour et pour vos commentaires. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés du contretemps à votre arrivée : une erreur dans le système a effectivement causé un retard de l’équipe d’entretien. Dès que nous en avons été informés, nous avons réagi rapidement pour corriger la situation.
Pour vous accommoder, nous avons :
• Accepté votre demande d’arrivée hâtive,
• Proposé un chalet identique jumelé comme alternative,
• Et offert un départ tardif deux heures après l’heure prévue.
Concernant le BBQ, bien qu’il fonctionnait, il ne semblait pas correspondre à vos attentes de performance. Nous avons pris note de vos remarques pour en faire la vérification complète.
Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour offrir un séjour agréable, et nous restons attentifs aux besoins de nos voyageurs. Toutefois, certaines demandes — comme l’accès gratuit à un deuxième chalet — ne pouvaient malheureusement pas être accommodées.
Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez pu profiter de votre séjour une fois les désagréments résolus.
