Peaceful and serene Adirondack home with private lakefront and new dock on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Let Birdy by The Lake be your year round escape. Located on a private dead end road with lake views only 100 yard flat, level walk directly to the lake and dock. Make memories in the beautiful single level home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is an open floor plan for you to spend quality time with family and friends. Enjoy lake views from inside the living area while you sit around the wood burning fireplace. Washer and dryer on main floor, outdoor fire pit and picnic table in backyard with plenty of space to play. Bedrooms feature window AC units, new memory foam mattress in each bedroom (Tuft and Needle), Keurig coffee maker to enjoy sunrise from the front deck. The front deck, which overlooks the lake, has a very convenient, motorized, retractable awning for additional shade during those sunny days or to enjoy the outdoors during inclement weather.

We had a great stay! The property was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay feel like home. The beds were very comfortable!! We were visiting family in the area and the location was perfect for us. We hope to be back soon!

Work trip

We had some work in Amsterdam, instead of staying in a hotel for 9 days we found this amazing location and home, and it was great to get off work and sit on the porch and look at the lake and unwind each night, I highly recommend this place for location and cleanliness.

Cozy house on the lake!

The property managers were there to greet us after a long ride! Lovely welcome! Home was perfect for our need and well furnished and equipped for our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family getaway

We loved this house and felt right at home. The property manager was super welcoming and very accommodating. Just a short walk across the yard to a beautiful lake made this a perfect place for us and our kids ages 3,10 and 13. We brought our canoe for fishing and did so each morning of our 6 night stay. Beds were cozy, kitchen was well stocked. We could not have asked for a better stay and cant wait to return each time we visit our family in the area. Thank you Justin and Kerry!

Awesome

Can you tell your family the property. It’s very comfortable and clean. Great access to the water. The beach is not but still a wonderful, beautiful view and a great big dog to put your boat out. It’s a beautiful neighborhood where we could ride bikes or take a walk. The backyard is beautiful and you can see the sunset. The property manager Carrie was extremely responsive so is the owner Justin. We definitely want to come back next year.
