Is located in a very peaceful, safe, very tranquil neighborhood. It’s close to everything!
hospitals, downtown, NAS, Expressway stores restaurants, etc.
This studio apartment is located on the back of the main house, is not connected to the house in anyway, it’s completely private, it has its own fenced in backyard, it’s on parking space.
Pets are allowed, no smoking.

We require to sign a contract agreement on reservations over 30 days.
We also require to do an inspection in the property every other month on reservations over 3 months.
