The Wine Country Escape is a luxury estate home located on a breathtaking hilltop in the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. The Escape is a gated courtyard home located in an exclusive private gated community. The Escape is a stunning 7,400 square foot home located at 1,400 feet altitude. It is a three-wing courtyard style home with French doors throughout, opening out to a large pool. Retractable kitchen wall makes for great indoor outdoor living .

OUTSIDE:
Giant courtyard patio surrounds the pool. INCREDIBLE VIEWS of Sonoma County and beyond. Lounge by the pool, take a hot tub, read a book on one of our many swings, or take a walk in our citrus and fruit orchard. Large lawn area surrounds the pool, and is perfect for playing our baggo or ladderball games. Our Weber gas grill is large enough to cook for a full house, and the outdoor dining table comfortably seats 14-16. Enjoy the fire pit lounge area at night. We even have a basket of blankets in case you get cold!

STEAM AND SAUNA ROOMS:
Brand new full size wet steam and dry sauna room. Sauna comfortably seats 4-6 and steam 6-8. Giant radius rain shower inside steam room. The facility has a toilet and sink. This is an AMAZING space!

DINING ROOM:
The giant dining room has a sink, mini bar, ice machine, wine refrigerator, and an 86" screen TV. It joins a spacious newly remodeled gourmet kitchen. The dining table comfortable seats 8-12. Retractable doors to the back patio open up completely!

KITCHEN:
The gourmet Kitchen has a professional double oven range with 6 burners and a double oven. Giant double sized refrigerator and freezer, with an extra full sized fridge freezer in the downstairs for plenty of food and beverage storage. Two full sized sinks, a full sized dishwasher and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with every gadget you may need to prepare an awesome meal! Dishes and cutlery for 24. Island has bar counter with stools for 5.

LIVING AREAS:
Large TV room has 72" TV, and two oversized couches.

Relax in peace in the formal living room or adjoined library. Plenty of couches and chairs, and a baby grand piano for our musical guests.

GAME ROOM:
Enjoy a game of pool on our pristine 1950's pool table, or play a game of black jack on our casino black jack table. We offer a great variety of board games, puzzles, cards, and books.

MUSIC:
We have the Sonos music system with speakers wired throughout the house, on the patio, by the hot tub, and in the steam and sauna rooms. Control music from our provided iPad, or from your own phone or MP3 player.

BEDROOMS: 5 Bedrooms, Studio, & Bonus Room:
1. Master (South Wing):
The master bedroom is extremely spacious! It is equipped with a King size bed, a sofa, a desk, and two dressers. Air conditioner. Giant master bath with oversize tub, double sinks, and a double shower. Two sets of double French doors open out to the pool.

2. Studio Suite (South Wing):
The suite is located next to the master bedroom, and has a private entrance. There is a small kitchenette with a sink and mini refrigerator, a bar ledge with stools, and a dining table with chairs. It is equipped with a king sized bed, and a double sized sofa sleeper. Air Conditioning. Full sized private bathroom. Double French doors open out to the pool.

3. King Bedroom 1 (North Wing):
This bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed which can be converted into two twin-sized beds upon request. Air conditioning. Full sized private bathroom. Double French doors open out to the pool.

4. King Bedroom 2 (North Wing):
This room is equipped with a King size bed. Air conditioning. Full sized private bathroom. Double French doors open out to the pool.

5. King Bedroom 3 (North Wing):
This room is equipped with a king size bed. Air conditioning. Full sized private bathroom. Double French doors open out to the pool.

6. King Bedroom 4, with Crib (Downstairs, North Wing):
This room is equipped with a king size bed and a crib. Full sized private bathroom. Double French doors open out to a private patio and the Bocce Ball court. Easy pool access.

Bonus Room:
Located downstairs. This is a split suite room that is great for kids or adults! One side is a lounge room with convertible sofa, coffee table, and large screen TV. Other side has two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request) and another large screen TV. This room has no windows, but is well lit and very nice. Bathroom located next door in Steam and Sauna Rooms.

HEAT AND FANS:
The entire home is heated by hydronic radiant floor heat, as well as radiators in each room. All upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. The downstairs rooms stay cool on their own.

FEES:
VRBO/HomeAway now charges a service fee to renters, which ranges between 4% and 10% of the rental amount. This fee is not part of our rental charges and does not go to us. The fee goes entirely to VRBO/HomeAway.
