Thank you so much for staying, Steve We agree the property is stunning! Yes, there are County-wide ordinances for ALL vacation rentals regarding quiet hours and music. We encourage all guests to read carefully when staying at ANY Sonoma County property.

Our stay in the home was lovely. Beautiful grounds surround the home with views of the yard. House was big enough for our group of 10.

Property was expansive and spacious. It was nice that all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was nice and warm. Pool was a little nippy since we there during late March but we still enjoyed it. Bocce ball, frisbee, and basketball were other activities we enjoyed. But for the most part, it was nice for us just to sit around the family room and relax. My family enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect house for a group of 10

Wonderful experience at Twelve Oaks! We had a group of 10 and this house had everything! Communication with property manager was excellent from the time we booked until the day we left, any question we had were answered within minutes. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back! Highly recommended for a trip to Napa or Sonoma.

Amazing Place

This place is great. The pictures on VRBO do not truly capture the magic of this house. The layout is perfect for a large group of friends/couples. Each room has a nice size en-suite bathroom and king sized bed. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a welcome basket of treats for our group to enjoy. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were all amazing. Lastly, the property manager is very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. Can’t wait to go back.

A Fabulous Home

This is the most perfect property I have ever stayed in. My husband and I cannot wait to return. The floor plan is open and the bedrooms comfortable. What sets it apart is the outdoor space. We didn’t go out to restaurants at night, preferring instead to have our meals out by the pool or the bocce court or under the tree next to the kitchen. We cannot stop talking about how we wish we were back ther!

Perfect

This is one of the nicest properties that I have ever stayed at. It had everything from a beautiful yard and pool to a beautifully decorated house to a completely stocked kitchen. It is in a great location for going to downtown Sonoma to eat and or touring all the wineries north of Sonoma. We were a group of seven friends and we had more than enough space. Hopefully I will be able to rent this home again in my lifetime!

Perfect house for couples

We rented Twelve Oaks with four other couples this past fall. The pictures online are beautiful, but seeing the property in person is jaw-dropping. We all were blown away by the meticulous grounds, the countless amenities, the roominess of the bedrooms and living areas, the large kitchen, the pool house... We could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The proximity to Sonoma Plaza and our chosen wineries made it an ideal location for all our plans. The property manager was super responsive when there was a neighborhood wide power outage. Don't miss out on this fantastic home!

Awesome Property

The listing was very accurate. This is a very nice, lush, well equipped property. Everything worked well except for the lights above the bocce court. Pool - perfect. Hot tub - perfect. Grill - perfect. Kitchen - perfect. It just a very nice property. The property manager was 100% available and helpful. I will say the warnings about outside noise were not an issue for us at all. We were respectful but did not alter our behavior.

We love our stay at 290 Serres, the house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable in the house. We enjoyed all bedrooms having their own bathroom, that was a plus. Downside and only downside was we could not have any music outside at anytime of the day. It really impacted us enjoying outside. We respect not noise after 9pm but it’s ridiculous we could not play any music during the early evening. We’ll be back for sure and play our music inside with the doors open!

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you and your guests were comfortable. We apologize that the Sonoma County Vacation Rental ordinances regarding music outdoors impacted your stay. These ordinances are in place to respect Sonoma’s neighborhoods as well as families who are getting up early to go to work & school or working from home during the day on dates guests may be visiting. We truly appreciate that you adhered to these ordinances so that we can continue to rent this beautiful home and property.

Amazing home in Sonoma for a retreat

I chose this property to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family, and it surpassed all my expectations, providing the perfect backdrop for a tranquil retreat. The house itself is a masterpiece of design, featuring immaculate decorations, an exceptional kitchen, and exquisite Asian-inspired accents, all complemented by a mid-century modern flair. The garden and landscaping are a true oasis, ideal for relaxation, complete with a meticulously maintained pool area, a charming pool house, and multiple inviting spaces for gatherings. The outdoor BBQ grill was a highlight for evening cookouts. The value for money is undeniable; the property is not only as good as its pictures and description suggest but even more delightful in person. Staying here was a peaceful experience, and it left everyone absolutely enchanted. Highly recommended for anyone considering a serene getaway.
