Wish you had some foil and parchment paper and Pam otherwise had lots of pans and dishes. We enjoyed our stay used the pool but not the hot tub due to being to warm out to use. Seen deer and turkey.
We were comfortable and enjoyed our time here, especially in the pool. The house was clean enough but could use a deep clean and maintenance to meet it's potential.
There were four couples that enjoyed our stay at your cabin. Each couple had their own bedroom and if we had any young children along, they could have slept on the bunkbeds in the basement living room. Because of the weather we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but it was definitely deep enough and large enough for all of us. But we did get to enjoy the hot tub every night and that was wonderful. The house was furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of extra towel towels if we would’ve needed them. The location was perfect for privacy and enjoying the perfect cabin feel in the woods. We would all definitely stay there again.!

The house needs a lot of updates and cleaning, but it worked for us. Our favorite parts were chilling out on the deck and using the small pool.
We had a wonderful time and the cabin was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub.

We still had a good time despite a few mishaps. First I had to call to get code to get into the house. 2nd it rained and there was a small leak in the kitchen ceiling and had to deal with some Carpenter ants. I reached out to the host to give her an FYI and she never messaged back or acknowledged she recieved my message. We did enjoy the pool, hottub and bonfire. Loved the privacy. Still had a fun filled family vacation!
This could be an awesome place with some work. A thorough cleaning, inside and out, is needed, (dust and some cobwebs, trash around the pool and hottub) and some repairs, (kitchen cabinets, bifold doors, lower level shower). The pool leaks, the pool deck has some safety concerns with holes. Appliances need maintenance or replacement, I spent a half hour getting the dishwasher working. Had to crawl behind the washing machine to unplug to reset it. There were cats left behind for us to feed, (not cool). Great location, quiet. Loved having a campfire.
This was a wonderful house in a serene area. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very adequate and nice outdoor space. The hot tub seemed to be not very clean, but we did enjoy it.
Great place to stay! Nice and private yet close to any needed amenities in Harpers or Lansing. The hot tub was great to have during our stay, and the layout with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs made it great for our teens to have their own space when they wanted.
Overall good property but could use a little updating/clean up, all around the property is clutter. Around the pool there are left over items from previous guests, pool cover (ripped), broken chairs, etc. there is also a lot of extra leftover items below deck around hot tub and fire pit. Property just need a little maintenance - light bulbs need changed, pool is leaking, etc.We had a lot of fun but a few items that would have made it perfect! It was a fun experience for our extended family!
The cabin was in a very nice rural location with trees surrounding the property. We loved the way the cabin was decorated and furnished, everything was very comfortable. On the second night of our stay we got an amazing view of the Northern Lights while we relaxed in the hot tub. There are many things to do within an hour of the property so whether you choose relaxing days at the property or exploring the nearby area it's a great location.
Plenty of space, plenty of beds. Loved the hot tub.

When we got there, the garbage from the previous people was still there. There were cigarette butts and red solo cups all over outside. We came with kids, and that was less than acceptable. Also, the hottub was so yellow that we couldn’t go in it, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The space itself was wonderful and great for two families.
This place sounds nice when you read about it and it looks nice in the pictures. It is even better when you get there. If you are looking for a place to stay in the country then stay here.

Thanks for staying Tim! I hope you can make a return visit .
We will definitely be back. The privacy is top notch... which I love. Everything was nice and comfortable. The veiw was amazing. I love the stairs being carpeted, too. Beds are comfy, etc.The one and only thing I'd change would be the toilets as they're so short. Or put grab bars in, as you feel like you're sitting on the floor. (Tall woman problems) We are already planning our next trip here, we loved it that much.
The cabin is spacious and accurate as listed. It has a large table and enough chairs which is often lacking in cabins that sleep a larger group. Kitchen was workable and kept the group together with one great room. The beds got rave reviews from the group. The fire pit was perfect for gathering outside. The wooded area was fun for walking and exploring. Hot tub was a bonus. Lots to do in the surrounding area. I would caution you that if stairs are a concern for someone in your group- this might not be the cabin for you.
