Lake Tahoe Home

Very comfortable home with four nice bedrooms; everyone had their own space. We loved the spaciousness of the kitchen and living room. We spent a lot of time outside on the large deck area with roomy seating and hot tub. Conveniently located near grocery and restaurants/beach. We could see the lake from the outside deck area just across the street. The only issue we had was no hand towels. Highly recommended!

It’s wonderful to hear your group had such a comfortable and spacious stay, Rick! We're glad that the amenities and the lake view added to the experience. Thank you for the heads-up about the hand towels—we’ll take care of that. We’re so grateful for your recommendation and hope to host you again soon!

This property has potential, but it does feel like a neglected income property that needs some TLC. The hot tub was enjoyable, but the deck photos are a bit misleading because it looked much larger online and hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, so we didn’t use it. The kitchen had an ant problem, and the extra pillows in the upstairs master were stained. There were also quite a few burned-out lightbulbs, and the upstairs master shower didn’t drain properly. On top of that, the faucet housing was loose, so we ended up using the downstairs shower instead. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and close to the lake, and communication with the property manager was seamless. They were very kind and responsive throughout our stay. With some care and updates, this could be a great rental, but in its current state, it fell short of expectations.
