Greetings from Paige Meadow! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect cabin retreat, boasting a prime location in the heart of Lake Tahoe.
The main living area features a spacious sectional sofa, a large stone fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, giving you the perfect cozy cabin vibes. An arcade game table and Domino table invite friendly competition for added entertainment. The dining area, with seating for 6, connects the living area and kitchen, where a second dining table allows you to accommodate larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals a breeze during your stay.
Step out to the deck, which is perfectly designed for outdoor living. Fire up the grill for an evening BBQ and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table. Additional seating areas provide space for everyone to hang out, soak in the surroundings, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Downstairs, a second family room offers plenty of space for your group to spread out. Throw on your favorite show, have a game night, or relax after a day of exploring Lake Tahoe.
Retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms to rest and recharge. The primary bedroom features a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. The second bedroom features a California king bed and a private balcony, while the third bedroom features a twin bunk bed and twin over queen bunk bed - perfect for families.
Paige Meadow boasts a prime location, with easy access to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer no matter the season. You'll be just 15 minutes from the Alpine Meadows ski area, and a 5-minute drive to Tahoe City. Just minutes away is a shared private beach, where you can soak up the sun and dip your toes into the crystal-clear waters. For summertime adventure, endless hiking trails and stunning scenery await at Sugar Pine State Park, Emerald Bay, Meeks Bay, beaches, and D.L. Bliss State Park. The home is close to the Paige Meadows Hiking Trail (the entry point is at the end of the road), which is a great spot to hike and mountain bike and connects to the Tahoe Rim Trail.
Guests will have access to the Lake Tahoe Park Association. The home is equipped with two passes that give guests entry to the private beach area, which includes two piers, a volleyball court, a picnic area, bocce ball courts, & a playground.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
