Only two years old built one bedroom apartment with a full bathroom with washer and dryer in a great location along the St. John's river - Bass capital of Florida. Easy access to private boat ramp, rod men reservoir, ocala national forest, hiking, fishing & hunting. Plenty of parking enjoy this getaway location weather you are attending a daytona event or taking motorcycle trip through the forest. One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first. Seasonal rental!!!

I've stayed in two of the houses on this court. Both were very nice. They were clean and well supplied. However, in both cases the outside lights did not work. Other than that, I felt safe and comfortable!

We had a great stay in Palatka. It was a nice quiet place to walk and enjoy the pond across the street. The town is on the St John's River with lots of places to fish and enjoy the view.

Beware

Property was clean and quiet. However several complaints: didn't receive access code for entry. Arrived at unit with no key, no access and nobody to greet us. Pictures showed queen bed-it was a double, tv in bedroom-there was not, water view-there was not. Washer backed up into the shower and toilet. Called emergency number was told to not use washer and they would fix next day-they did not. Left our vacation early as we could not use the shower. We did not feel it was our responsibilty to clean up the mess. Upon arriving home i contacted the owners to express our disappointment. We felt we should be entitled to a partial refund since we had to leave early. She was extremely rude and accused us of trying to get away with something. We were extremely insulted. We will not be using home away again
