Whether you are looking for a long weekend, a vacation, or an extended stay for those snow birds out there, this is the place for you.
Guest access
This Unit is on the 4th floor. It is accessible via elevator and stairs. The condo complex has carts available so you can easily bring luggage and supplies to the condo. There is an electronic lock on the door to the unit so you can check in at your convenience.
You will have access to the oceanfront pool as well as a boardwalk to the beach and outdoor shower.
Other things to note
You must be age 25+ in order to book, no exceptions. Please do not send a request if you are under 25.
We also do not accept reservations that are being made for someone else.
We provide all linens except beach towels.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
The condo can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children comfortably.
PETS
No pets allowed.
Additional rules
No extra guests other than those on your reservation.
Please try to report any damage, issues or missing supplies immediately upon arrival so it can be addressed quickly. We do our very best to ensure your comfort, so we want to have the chance to fix any issues right away.
We provide all linens (excluding beach towels), including special towels for makeup removal. Please only use these special towels for makeup. If excessive staining occurs, we may charge you for the cost to replace.
Please leave behind any items that were provided for your use by us, including linens, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, beach supplies etc.
Additional requests
Run dishwasher if you have dirty dishes. Leave all bedding in place.
