The house was just as described. Lots of kitchen utensils, very comfortable bed and beautiful location. We loved being able to bring out dog and Shawn was quick to respond.

We loved our stay at the treehouse and enjoyed access to the beautiful Rumbling Bald resort amenities. Comfortable beds and mornings coffee on the porch as the sun rose were extra perks!

Great place to stay. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only thing was there was a grill but it required pellets. If we knew ahead of time, we would have brought some. Maybe mention that in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Comfy spot. A few items that would be irritating if I stayed longer. The toilet in the primary bath needs minor repairs as does the dryer. The unit has an iron but no ironing board.

The host Shawn was very responsive and helpful from before check-in to checkout time. The house was very clean and inviting inside. We This property felt like we were moving in to someone’s personal home, as there were so many decorative things on counters, tables, cabinets end tables, bedside tables. Back porch are has a wonderful fire pit, grill, and plenty of chairs and a table. However, it needed a really good cleaning to remove spiders and spiderwebs, dirt and debris in order to utilize space. There was a great tree house view of the golf course. Front porch space was too crowded with comfortable lawn chairs, table and corner bar. Everything needs to be minimized. I get they want to supply what might be wanted, but sometimes less is more. .

This home has prime real estate overlooking a golf course in the middle of the mountains!The property was very clean, comfortable and equipped for anything you may need.The owner went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and even arranged for us to be able to use the pool/spa facilities nearby.This is a great place to which to retreat yet there is plenty to do and see in surrounding Asheville, Hendersonville…..a great place to get away and relax!

Wedding Weekend

Great, cozy spot about a mile from Rumbling Bald Golf Course and overlooking Apple Valley Golf Course. We stayed here and attended a wedding. Dog friendly with everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway.

Property was better than anticipated, area was very nice and clean, lots of amenities is that you wouldn’t normally get with any normal property… That is what sets this one aside from all the others! We’ll definitely come back! Local stores, shops, eating areas were super nice and friendly… Food was exceptional! Definitely highly recommend!!!

This condo was so clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend. Even though it rained the entire time and we only went out once it was most relaxed vaca in a long time.

Absolutely wonderful! Location and property is very convenient for our family’s needs with great views of the golf course underneath a shady canopy of trees. Shawn was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with details of places to visit and things to do. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again.
