This classic cottage has been renovated with bamboo flooring, ceiling fans, and updated furnishings throughout. Wi-Fi and Hulu + Live TV streaming are provided throughout the home.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the ground level utility room.


Main Level
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and blender.

Living Area: Relax in the spacious open living room, featuring cathedral ceilings and clerestory windows. The space includes 3 recliners, a large sectional couch, a 65” Smart TV, and a dining area.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals with family and friends at the dining room table (seats 8), located just off the kitchen in the main living area.

Bedroom 1: Oceanfront bedroom featuring a queen bed and a TV with Hulu + Live streaming.

Bedroom 2: Features a queen bed and a TV with Hulu + Live streaming.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 share an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 3: Oceanfront bedroom featuring a queen bed and a TV with Hulu + Live streaming.

Oceanfront Deck: Featuring both open and covered areas, this deck is furnished with rocking chairs and polywood lounge chairs.

Tiered Dune Deck: A unique, two-level elevated dune deck provides panoramic views of the ocean.

Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outside shower (cold water) and gather round the picnic table to enjoy a meal cooked on the gas grill.
