Enjoy stunning ocean and pool views from this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, where each bedroom has its own private bath. Both bedrooms feature queen beds (Q * Q), and the condo has been updated with a modern kitchen, bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The living area and master bedroom both offer gorgeous ocean views!

This two-level condo includes central air/heat and ceiling fans throughout.


Main Living Area (First Level)
Kitchen: The fully appointed kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Enjoy the convenience of both a pantry and a laundry alcove with a stackable washer/dryer.

Dining Area: Sit for meals at the dining table for four or grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar.

Living Area: Lounge on the comfy sofa to watch a movie on the big screen TV (cable), or play games around the coffee table. Stroll through the sliding glass doors to enjoy ocean views from the furnished deck.


Bedrooms (Second Level)
Travel up the spiral staircase to rest and rejuvenate in the furnished bedrooms.

Very clean. Great location and beach is quiet compared to other places on EI. Had minimal paper products (no paper towels). Be careful if you aren't very agile on stairs!! The spiral staircase to both bedrooms is straight up and very tight. Otherwise great place to stay.

Great location

Instructions from the rental company were extremely poor. (Had to make 4 phone calls to get check in process cleared.) No place for visitors to park and HOA rules need to be followed. Condo was very small and spiral stairs are very hard to negotiate.
