Newly remodeled designed specifically with guest comfort and convenience in mind. Private upstairs space of duplex. Convenient to downtown, local dining, shopping, BSU and Boise airport (15 min drive), Bogus Basin ski resort (25 minute). Spacious, open and bright 2 bed/1 bath with living room, full well-equipped kitchen, and dining room. Full bath contains a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in unit. Private outdoor deck, shared yard space, street parking. A pack and play is available for families to enjoy also.
This is the main level (upstairs) of a charming and comfortable duplex. This location is in the Winstead Park neighborhood in Boise City. Nearby parks include Winstead Park and Veterans Memorial Park. The upstairs space is completely yours, with a separate entrance and easy access. The downstairs is a separate space with its own private entrance at the same property. Must be able to climb a half flight of stairs.
The First bedroom features a comfortable King -size bed. There is a closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-bed. The closet has been converted to a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the bedroom.
Nicely updated full bath with tub/shower combo. Complete with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper products and a hair dryer for your traveling convenience! All bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully chosen.
Kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. All utensils & cookware are included to make eating in, convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the dining table or at the outdoor patio table on a sunny day.
Spacious, bright and open living area featuring a plush sectional and a futon that converts to a sofa bed. Great for curling up with a blanket and a book, or catching up on your favorite Netflix series. Large Smart TV with Amazon, Netflix and WIFI to complete the necessities!
Full-size washer and dryer provided for guest use in upstairs bedroom. Iron/ironing board are also available at the property.
Great outdoor space features a spacious patio for your exclusive use. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside. The backyard is spacious with lots of greenery with complete privacy.
Guests have access to the entire private upstairs unit, washer and dryer in queen bedroom, backyard which is fenced, patio seating & street parking.
**There is a Pack n Play available upon request.
**FREE street parking only. There is no dedicated parking for this unit. The driveway is reserved for the bottom unit.
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to digital key pad.
This location is in the Winstead Park neighborhood in Boise City. Nearby parks include Winstead Park, Mountain View Park and Riverfront Park. A quiet yet central West Boise location close to restaurants, shopping, St. Alphonsus and just 10 to 15 from downtown Boise.
This neighborhood is very walkable and biking friendly. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a mile radius of the home. This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car.
~ Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for noise from the private secondary downstairs unit (the downstairs unit has a totally separate and private entrance and no areas in the home are shared).
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of host.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties without prior approval.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 9pm. Parties and unregistered guests exceeding the max guest count will result in a loss of your deposit + cost of any damages and extra cleaning.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 21 days for an additional charge on all longer stays.
~ Tampering with Wifi, locks, or any other equipment will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of host.
