We have you covered by adding a little fun to your stay with our beautiful home and accommodations. Host a corporate retreat, brand photo shoot, book a club meeting or a company meet and greet.
We are located a short three block walk from the Boise Whitewater Park and Greenbelt, famous for biking or walking along the Boise River. Along the way you will find restaurants, bars, wineries and coffee shops. You can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding or sunbathing or even taking in the excitement of watching the locals and pros surf the waves at the various manmade wave gates along the river. Your home is only a short 20 min bike ride to BSU or you can walk to Clairvoyant Brewery and sit outside on their pation and chat with new friends in this casual neighborhood meeting spot. You will also be 5 minutes by bkie to our quaint Downtown district and 10 min from the charming historic North End neighborhood and Hyde Park.
If peace and quiet is on the menu, a day spent floating in our warm saltwater pool, or unwinding in our hot tub while enjoying our secluded patio is just steps off the living room. Lastly, the whole group can gather around the gas fireplace to roast marshmellows and count the stars.

The Villa is located at the end of the driveway and right behind our Cottage listing. You will access the property through the front door at the end of that driveway. There is self check in and a code will be issued for you. The driveway parking is for you and not the cottage and will accommodate two cars, plus street parking. Please leave the curb areas just to the right of the driveway open for Thursday morning trash pick up. The Villa also has a Ring doorbell and video camera. It is always on.

Entryway: Once inside the glass front door, you will be in our open concept living room, You will find a basket for you shoes and a rack for your purses, jackets and any personal items as you step in.

Living Room: Open concept space features a comfortable sectional couch with plenty of pillows, throw blankets and two leather arm chairs for additional seating. Super cozy and casual for catching up with friends or enjoying family time. A 58" TV adds which allows you to access your Hulu or Netflix subscriptions and you can tune into any local programing with the antenae provided. Enjoy a cozy yet modern fireplace for those cozy chilly mornings or snowy evenings. The flooring is architecturally designed cement and your eye is immediately drawn to the multiple glass doors leading out to our saltwater pool. The room is awash with light coming from the recessed lighting lining the ceiling over the couch.

Heating/air conditioning is provided by central HVAC. For all your electronic surfing needs, we offer 1 GB per sec. up/down fiber optic internet speed. Phone chargers are provided.

The kitchen/dining room: Relax around the kitchen island with 4 tall black wrought iron stools so families can gather and chat during meal preparation, plus a table in the dining room seating 6. Fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, local coffee from Push and Pour coffee shop, tea and a coffee pot. Plus a gas oven, microwave, toaster, Ninja blender, dishes for10; including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and placemats make it easy to eat at home. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. The fridge comes furnished with sparkling water, creamer for coffee and basic spices are provided. You might even find a local food surprise in your welcome basket!

Pantry: Off the back of the kitchen is our large pantry featuring owner's closet. A stackable washer/dryer is provided for laundry needs plus basic cleaning supplies including broom, dustpan, mop and snow shovel. An ironing board and iron are located in the pantry if you need to look nice for an event or get ready for work.

The downstairs half bathroom: Features floating sink and white ceramic toilet. Fixtures are done in black and green accents bring in the color. The location is right inside the sliding glass doors for that quick dash out of the pool.

Kitchen: Glass slider doors lead to the patio just past the dining room table. Gas griddle stove, tall black kitchen cupboards and black hardware accent the mid modern style of the kitchen. You have a cooking island seating 4 with black wrought iron bar stools, plus dining table for 6. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, a coffee pot, hot water tea kettle plus gas oven, microwave, toaster and Ninja blender. Dishes for 10, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and placemats make it easy to eat at home. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. Your black refrigerator comes furnished with sparkling water and creamer for coffee. And, locally sourced Push and Pour coffee and basic spices are provided. Directly behind the kitchen is your pantry, including a stackable washer and dryer and another exit to the back patio and the cement eating bar with swing seating ready for outdoor entertainment!

Your patio: Accessed through tall sliders off the dining room or to through door off the back of the Villa is the outdoor gas fire pit, just waiting for marshmallow roasting. The 10 foot x 24 foot pool is featured along the length of the patio with the hot tub at the far end. Our pool has a large shallow area for children to splash about safely and is just 4 feet in depth in other areas. After the pool and hot tub time, rinse off in the outdoor shower, dry off and relax in the private hammock. We do feature noise decibel monitoring inside and outside on the patio. No video or images are recorded.

Master bedroom: Upstairs on the back end of the Villa and quiet and inviting, the nicely sized master features a closet with hangers enough for all your outfits, plus pack n play for your kids/grandkids. The boho themed room is styled with whites, blush and green accent colors and Scandinavian furniture. Two end tables, are on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress California king size bed. Piled high with pillows, it is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Wall sconces for reading are on each side of the bed. Your bedroom walk-in closet includes a shelving system for hanging clothes along with a small workout area. Earthy tones in the artwork and décor all add to a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Top down-bottom up shades block out the light for sleeping and allow you the opportunity to let in the morning sunshine!

Master bath: This luxurious bathroom is appointed with walk-in shower with grey tile. White toilet and vanity with black hardware and grey marbled top completes the room with green accents adding a splash of color.

Upstairs guest bedroom: Located at the front of the villa, this room is decorated in greens and grays and features a Nectar memory foam queen mattress, a closet with hangers and white top down/bottom up shades also provide darkness in the room for a great night's sleep. Plus, heating and air conditioning is provided through our ductless system. A Bohemian style black end table is on one side of the bed. Wall sconces are featured for reading and this room hosts a luggage rack tucked away in the closet. Relax in the cozy chair provided to finish that vacation book or snuggle with a warm throw blanket!

Bunk bed room: Directly at the top of the stairs, this third bedroom is furnished with a full size bunk on the bottom and also full size bed on top for another couple or four children. The vibe in this room is rust, caramel and white colors with black accents. This room features a fun fluffy chair for the kids and mid modern artwork, plus small storage chest with games.

Upstairs guest bathroom: This bathroom features a tub/shower with black accents and bohemian black fringe shower curtain. The vanity floats on the wall and the floor tile is a calming black pattern. Splashes of green accent throughout the room.

The loft area upstairs is situated in between the bedrooms and has a comfy chair, fluffy rug and pouf for putting your feet up with side table plus floor lamp! Perfect for those that need a comfy place to sit and work while on vacation!

Enjoy the 4 cruiser bikes with helmets, lights, baskets, bike locks and bells that are located in our storage shed and fully fenced dog run for your furry family! Welcome to life at the Villa at the Boise River Whitewater Park!
