The community pool area with lazy river was a hit with all our family! The house pool and hot tub was nice.We enjoyed many of the amenities the house offered. It was spacious and the host Rosanne was really easy to communicate with.

Our host offered excellent communication throughout our stay. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, the decorations are lovely, and the accommodations were very comfortable in many ways. We genuinely appreciated the comfort and design of this home. We would easily revisit this home if in the area.

Family vacation

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out. Everything was great from the moment we walked through the door. Only minor problem was the heat pump for the pool was not working but Rosanne was very responsive and had it taken care of immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Golf Vacation

This home was perfect for our golf group. We each had our own room and the house was well equipped as we cook most meals at the home. The home was as advertised and close to the golf courses we typically play. Walmart was close by to get anything you needed. Our host communicated before the stay and was speedy to reply to our one request that we needed. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Had pool heating issue and house was not as advertised concerning size of beds in upstairs bedrooms and could not get downstairs TV to work other than that everything was fine

pool not heated nor hot tub pd extra money for that service, tv set up not good , could use more hand and wash cloths also no swimming towels available, hooks to ha ng towels on, rugs slippery ,sink in princess slow, shower large noise in winnie pooh bdrm ,shower draines very slow in small bdrm main level, carpets very bad stains, it still was a beautiful home and we did enjoy florida,but with pool situation we will not plan to rent again been renting for 0ver 40 years now.thankyou

The hot tub and pool were heated. I messaged you several times to let you know how to turn up the heat, but did not hear back. The TVs are set up as most TVs are, complete with a full Spectrum lineup of channels. Users can also log into their own accounts to watch a variety of other options. Extra towels are located in the hallway closet, and there's a Speed Queen washer and dryer for washing any extras you may need. We have a handyman who can come by to fix things as they may break down, but can't do so if we don't hear from guests during their stay...and in the three weeks you were there we were not notified of any drain issue you may have experienced. Thank you for choosing our beautiful sunny FL home!
