**Road Construction: MDOT plans to rebuild a portion of Front Street in 2023 and 2024 from the US-31/M-37/M-72 west junction (Division Street) to just east of Garfield Avenue. Access to the condo parking lot is from an alley between Rose Street and Garfield Avenue, so access will not be affected.**
