“Gateway” - incredible ski in/out condo in Mount Crested Butte!

Incredible views abound from this ski in/out property in the Gateway Condos. Located at the base of the ski area, simply walk out the door and down the stairs from our balcony and you are truly slope side. In the winter, you can catch the Peachtree or Westwall lift by skiing/riding down or a short walk up to the Silver Queen lift. In the summer, all the ski area activities are just a short walk away. Summer mountain biking and hiking abound on the mountain and you are steps away from any adventure. All seasons, you can sit out on our balcony and enjoy the views or watch your friends and family ski/ride to you.

The condo is on the second floor, and accessed via an outside staircase. Once inside, you'll find the property is equipped with all your cooking needs with a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the ambiance of an evening fire and the entertainment of our televisions that offer Spectrum cable and streaming services. Two bedrooms are available for sleeping -- the main bedroom has a king bed while the other has two sets of bunk beds, making a total of 4 bunk beds in one room. Full bathrooms with a tub and shower are attached to each bedroom. The condo is equipped with its own washer and dryer inside the unit.

Enjoy many of the on-site amenities like the communal hot tub, sauna, and grill. Due to HOA regulations, only one car may park on the premises. Parking is available in a covered garage (note that there is a 6 ft 10 inch maximum clearance on this garage, which may not work for some taller vehicles, in which case there are a few parking spaces available outside).
