The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this fabulous family getaway in our portfolio of distinctive residences, all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. This comfortably chic yet classically designed modern home is located on a tree lined boardwalk, steps to the center of town and a short walk or bike ride to the beautiful sugar white sand private beach. There is multiple indoor/outdoor living options. The expansive open floor plan features comfortable seating for everyone, a gourmet style chefs kitchen with 5 burner gas range with designer style pecky cypress vent hood and all Bosch appliances. There is also a wine cooler in the pantry /coffee station area adjacent to the kitchen. The dining area located next to the kitchen provides ample seating to serve/seat your group should you decide to dine in. The first floor also has a larger laundry room and half bath. This area flows to the outdoor secluded courtyard. Plenty of seating to include, an al fresco dining area next to the outdoor natural gas grill.
There are two king bedded master bedrooms on the second floor and two full baths with walk-in showers. One of the master bedrooms on the second floor features an outdoor balcony adorned with Balustrade railings. The additional master (with similar outdoor seating as the second floor) and bathroom are located on the third level. This floor also encludes a comfortable seating area two custom built- in twin beds in a secluded area as well.
There are 4 complimentary bikes and one parking space (additional parking available in any designated space in Rosemary). Please let us know if you have any questions, this home will not dissapoint!!! PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME HAS NOT HAD RENTALS JUST POSTED 5 STARS WIIL COME SHORTLY.

Loved our stay at this serene home in the heart of Rosemary! We enjoyed the central location and being able to bike/walk to pools, restaurants, and beach. Especially loved the balcony doors and airy feel. Spacious and comfortable. Great cozy spot during a rainy day and landing pad after coming home from days in the sun!

The home was very nice...kitchen was well equipped, very clean and certainly allowed easy access to all Rosemary Beach has to offer! The house was attractively decorated!The only 'negatives' for the home: the courtyard was squished between the home and a carriage house making it unappealing to spend time in and the air conditioning system in the home was unique. The air conditioner for the second floor smaller bathroom made the floor so cold it was uncomfortable to go in there and the air conditioning did not reach the small bedroom on the third floor...thank you though for having a fan available as it was difficult to sleep in that room without it.We very much enjoyed our stay but will not return to this home.
