Decked-out for family fun

The hot tub, cold pod, sauna and game room ended up being hours of family fun. The place was perfect. Very modern, functional and extremely roomy. We loved it!

If you get sick

We got in late & noted a mold smell & went to bed. I woke to my throat closed. I needed 2 epipens to breathe & had to leave. I informed Ash & Ash would send someone to check it (it would be the next day). Then, Ash accused ME of putting mold in the house. (I did not!!) SKIP THIS DRAMA! We were many hours from home and had no where to stay!!! Such a nice house to ruin with uncomfy mattresses and cheap linens. Worse than crappy start to our Christmas vacation.

This guest is a complete fraud. She actually bought blue cheese and sprinkled it in our master bedroom closet to stage that we had mold in there. She wanted a refund for her stay after 1 day of checking into the property as her plans changed. She did not goto the ER after using her EpiPen (which she falsely claims here), which is a standard protocol in these situations. VRBO is totally aware of this situation. I filed a property damage claim against her through VRBO, the decision of which was ruled in my favor. This review is entirely retaliatory. I have already opened a ticket with VRBO to take down this review since it is retaliatory and false in nature, and does not help any future guests who are interested in booking my property.
