Had a fantastic experience staying here. We came in for RetroGameCon and it was nice to have a comfortable house to come back to after walking the convention hall all day. The hosts are very communicative and they check in to make sure everything is to your liking. The beds were comfortable, entire house was clean, full of modern tech including smart door locks, ring cameras, good nests, smart TVs, etc. and the kitchen was great. Would stay here again for RGC next year! Location is also very easy access to downtown Syracuse.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect, very close to the University and near restaurants and shops. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

3 coworkers for 2 nights. Perfect amount of space and comfort! Well thought out amenities and attention to detail. Glorious kitchen and dining area. All 3 of us were absent work on our laptops without issue. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Close to the university and downtown! Easy off the highway. Definitely will return.

Excellent stay

The home is very well designed inside with both quiet areas and spaces for gathering. The entire house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking should you want to do that. Great location for anything Syracuse University related.

Doors and halls downstairs are wide enough for a walker. This was great for my Uncle. The outside deck was great for sitting and talking with family. The house was immaculate. Beds very comfortable.

Perfect for our needs

Large family traveling together for a wedding. The house fit our needs perfectly with number of rooms and beds and bathrooms. Very clean. Owner was attentive to our needs. Space was well suited for entertaining other guests and extended family who was also staying in town. Weekend Girls Trip

We had a great weekend! The house was beautiful and very accommodating for 8 adults. Nick was always available for any questions and even came over when we unplugged the wifi modem without realizing. Stayed here to drop our daughter off at Syracuse University this weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host Nicholas was amazing with his communication and was very accommodating. I had left jewelry behind after checkout and he reached out to remind me! If you are looking for a cozy and clean place with a trustworthy host, I highly recommend this home! Amazing!!! Fabulous!!

This house is just adorable, perfect for a visit my daughter, who is going to Syracuse University, to celebrate her birthday, which I had mentioned to the owner. When we arrived, we found a birthday cake for her, which was just so sweet of them. Nick is quick to respond to any questions, gave us recommendations to restaurants, including how long it would take us to get there, any parking issues, and the links to the websites. Just no words on how gracious and wonderful the owners were. They told us to make any recommendations, we made a few, to help out future visitors. Loved, loved this house!! We will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!
