Spend your days under the sun, enjoying the two docks - perfect for morning bass fishing and afternoon swimming. Pair your time spent under Olympia's radiant sunshine with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill. Additional exterior perks include ample outdoor seating and a shared hot tub.

Inside the downstairs unit, the sunlight continues to spill in effortlessly. Catch up on your favorite show from the living room's smart TV. Store your favorite treats in the kitchenette's mini fridge. And when evening nears, pop some popcorn in the microwave, flip on the gas fireplace, and catch up with your favorite people as you reminisce on all of the memories you've made thus far. Don't forget to get outside to view unforgettable sunset views as the yellow, orange, and pink hues fall over the water. During your stay, you will also have access to central air-conditioning, a firepit, and kayaks.

Within driving distance of your retreat, enjoy visiting Long Lake Park, Rainier Vista Community Park, the Hands On Children's Museum, Tumwater Falls, and a variety of delicious restaurants and vibrant shops.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will not have access to the upstairs of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
