We are from Long Island NY. We have been traveling back & forth to PR for over 15 years escaping the cold. We have come to know the island well and would like to share that with you.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood of Isla Verde is very near to the airport making it an easy taxi or Uber ride. The beach is Crecent shaped and about 1.5 miles long with soft sand. The neighborhood is very tourist friendly, and English is widely spoken. You can stay at the condo and travel from there to nearby destinations for day trips returning back to relax on the balcony or venture out for some night life.
What makes this property unique
The building of Marbella EAST is uniquely situated very close to the beach compared to other buildings, no bar, restaurant or street noise is heard. Only the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
